Terms & Conditions
1. Spree will be closed on 30 September 2010 or earlier, once all the slots are taken up.
2. Once the order is confirmed, deposit of 50% of our selling price is to be transferred to POSB Saving Account 036-17212-6 within 2 working days, after receiving our confirmation email. Please provide the following details after you have made the deposit.
(a) Initial used for Internet Banking
(b) Your bank account no.
(c) Date of transfer
(d) Amount transferred
3. Buyer can collect the items from 25 October 2010 onwards. Self collection can be arranged at Boon Lay, Bishan or City Hall MRT stations. Items are to be collected within 2 weeks. Remaining balance is to be made via Internet Banking before date of collection or cash payment can be made when collecting.
4. In the event that the spree is cancelled or the items are not available, we will honour 100% refund of deposit received.
5. Should buyer decides to withdraw from the spree, deposit paid is strictly non-refundable.6. While all efforts have been taken to inspect the items when we purchase it from the retail outlet, please note that we will not be liable for any damages arising from the purchase items.
